SHIPPING INFORMATION

GENERAL

Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order by Wener & C, customers will be sent written confirmation via email. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Please note, an order placed for multiple items may result in multiple or partial shipments. Please allow 1-2 business days from the time of purchase for order processing. In the case that you need your item urgently, please write an explanation in the notes section of your shopping cart prior to checking out. We will always make our best efforts to accommodate requests for expedited processing. Given the handmade nature of our products, items that become sold out may not become available again for a few weeks. If you order an item that is labeled pre-order, please note that we will ship this item to you as soon as it becomes available. We appreciate your patience. All shipping transit times begin after product is processed and shipped. Estimated transit time for international shipment assumes normal customs approval without delay. All shipping methods are not available for all destinations. All shipping policies are subject to change at any time for any reason at Wener & C discretion. DOMESTIC

Shipping for US orders over $100 is complementary and will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, typically taking anywhere from 1-3 days. If your order is under $100 or you prefer an alternate shipping option, you have the choice to have your packaged delivered by either USPS or UPS. Should you require expedited shipping in the form of guaranteed next day delivery or second day delivery you will be given the option of making these selections during the checkout process. All rates will vary according to the speed you choose, package size, weight and final destination. All delivery times vary depending on your selection.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping for international orders over $300 is complementary. If your order is under $100 or you prefer an alternate shipping option, you have the choice to have your packaged delivered by either DHL or UPS. Should you require expedited shipping in the form of guaranteed next day delivery or second day delivery you will be given the option of making these selections during the checkout process. All rates will vary according to the speed you choose, package size, weight and final destination. All delivery times vary depending on your selection. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

In case of a return, you should contact us at info@wenerandc.com no longer than 3 days after delivery. Please include your order number as well as the item name of product you would like to return. All items will be inspected on return. In order to return, merchandise must be carefully enclosed in its original packaging, include all original packaging and documentation and be packed and shipped in such a way as to adequately protect the delicate and fragile contents inside. We will not accept returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or that show apparent signs of use or abuse. Goods that are returned without their original packaging will not be accepted. In that case we do not accept your return, we will notify you and send the product back to your original shipping address. Wener & C is not responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise & the delivery costs are at the buyer’s expense. We have no requirements on the method of delivery, as long as it’s trackable and safe. We expect to receive the tracking number of the shipment within 3 days of receiving the approved return request. Wener & C does not accept returns from movie, music or any other production with commercial purposes. Anything purchased with a special code or discount is considered FINAL SALE and not returnable.

 

PROCEDURE

To initiate your return, you will contact us at info@wenerandc.com within 3 days after your package was delivered. Guidelines will be given to you with the proper steps necessary to process your return. There will be a form that must be printed & inserted in your return package. This form will allow us to identify your package, without the form your package could be significantly delayed or lost entirely. After confirming that your return conforms with all indications and following all packing instructions and procedures, you will be given a mailing address where you will be responsible for sending the package.

 

REFUNDS

We will send you an email within 3 days from receiving your return back at our address & inspecting its condition. Refunds will only be issued upon their delivery and proceeding their approval of the inspection. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days. It can take up to 15 working days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

 

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will expedite your claim. Please first follow the procedures listed above for traditional returns. Please include specific information regarding the damage or incorrect nature in your initial email to us. Once our team has received the item and confirmed it to be faulty, a USPS return label will be provided and a refund will be issued in the form of a gift card. Merchandise will be deemed faulty only if it is determined that it was faulty at its time of shipment, or if it were damaged during its time in transit. Merchandise damaged after delivery are not considered faulty, and therefore would not be eligible for return. Wener & C is not responsible for damaged or stolen merchandise after delivery has taken place. In returning incorrect or faulty merchandise, all of the standard rules of our Return Policy will apply. We cannot guarantee that items will be in stock at any time.

 

REPAIR POLICY

Wener & C will repair any piece within 3 months of the items purchase that has incurred damage as a result of normal wear and tear and reasonable use. In order for the repair to be performed, all components & pieces need to be provided by the buyer. This is extremely prevalent especially in special cases, such as limited edition or vintage items as we may no longer have access to these pieces. Since all Wener & C items are handmade, some variation may occur. Wener & C cannot guarantee that repairs will be possible for items damaged through unreasonable, unexpected or reckless use and treatment. Any such determinations of use and treatment will be at our discretion. If damaged components must be replaced, they will be replaced with components as close to the originals as possible, at the discretion of Wener & C. The procedure to initiate the repair or replacement of your piece will be the same as the procedure for all returns.
